Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Appointment Cancellations, Deposits or No shows.

Please let me know of any appointment cancellations as soon as possible. Any cancellations made without 24 hours notice will result in no refund of deposit. If you would like to change treatments please also allow 24 hours notice in order for me to ensure that I have the best products to suit your requirements.

No refunds of deposits will be allowed if you do not attend your appointment unless of extreme circumstances with proof required.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
